• Partnerships for sustainable impactful engagement of African Diaspora professionals and institutions with Africa
• Partnerships for sustainable impactful engagement of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) with African higher education institutions (HEIs) and other African organizations.

Student and Faculty Recruitment

• Partnerships for recruitment of diverse students and faculty, including international students and faculty.
• Partnerships for student and faculty exchange.

Institutional Capacity Building

• Partnerships for enhancing capacity of educational organizations and systems for institutionalizing and assessing diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
• Partnerships for leveraging capacity of educational organizations and systems for using technology to increase access and enhance success.
• Partnerships for enhancing teaching, research, and organizational innovation capacity of educational organizations and systems.
• Partnerships for enhancing capacity of educational organizations and systems for achieving greater responsiveness, impact, stewardship, and legitimacy.
